Thank you for shopping with us at Kova. We hope you love your new trisuit, but if you change your mind or there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

To cancel, please email us at kovaclubapparel@gmail.com with your order number and request. You must notify us before the 14-day period ends. Once you've let us know, you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Please note: items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order, whether you are exercising your statutory right to cancel or not. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at kovaclubapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will either offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including postage costs, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, trisuits that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, unless faulty. Please try your suit on over underwear when checking fit.
